Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately if 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase then we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You must contact PEDChem and request approval to be eligible for a return. PEDChem will not accept a return without prior approval from PEDChem. The product you purchased from PEDChem must be unused, in the same condition, and original packaging that you received it.
The following cannot be returned under any circumstance: Biological control agents (live predatory mites, insects, and bugs); Opened products; Products not in original packaging; Damaged products; Products not purchased from PEDCHem.
To complete your return, we require an original dated receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as they will not accept any returns. You are responsible for all costs associated with your return if you should send it back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Customer purchased the wrong product (60% restocking fee and return shipping will be charged on approved returns); Customer purchased the wrong quantity (60% restocking fee and return shipping will be charged on approved returns); Customer does not want the product (60% restocking fee and return shipping will be charged on approved returns).
Return to shipper after attempts made by UPS or FedEx (60% restocking fee and shipping cost to the customer)
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days after notification.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product you purchased from PEDChem then send us an email at email@example.com for approval. We will not accept any returns without prior approval from PEDChem.or reimburse any costs associated with unapproved returns.
To return your product, you will be given return instructions after your request for return is approved by PEDChem. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if it is paid by PEDChem. Depending on the shipping address, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
