Restricted Use Products

1. RESTRICTED USE PRODUCTS.

Preapproval required from PEDCHEM to purchase Restricted Use Products. PEDCHEM reserves the right to refuse shipment of Restricted Use Products to any person who does not possess a current valid restricted use product license and a restocking fee of 20% will be assessed against the total cost of the restricted use product or products if any person, company, or entity is found to have violated our policy.

If a person, company, or entity misrepresents or provides false information concerning a restricted use product license then PEDCHEM will report the incident to the appropriate authorities for further investigation.

2. OBTAINING APPROVAL TO PURCHASE RESTRICTED USE PRODUCTS.
