In aquatic areas, Aquaneat Aquatic Herbicide is ideal for the control of emerged aquatic brush and weeds. Suitable for use in flowing and non-flowing water, it is especially effective for controlling cattail, willow, and johnsongrass. However, it is excellent against annual and perennial weeds. It is applied via foliar spray and must be mixed with non-ionic surfactant and water. Results can be expected in 2-7 days, depending on the species.
