How Precor 2000 Plus Premise Insecticide Works
Precor 2000 Plus insecticide contains a residual toxin known as permethrin and an insect growth regulator, or IGR, called methoprene. These two ingredients work together to provide total pest control against adult insects and their larvae and eggs.
The active ingredient Permethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid and attacks the central nervous system of the target insects. It's a slow-acting toxin, so the insect has time to become infected and to transmit the chemical ingredient to other members of the colony. Once the pest contacts or ingests permethrin, the chemical acts on the muscles and makes them overexcited, eventually causing paralysis and death.
Methoprene affects larvae and eggs, disrupting the life cycle of the target pests. It prevents the insects from being able to mature and to produce young, thus ending the infestation. Combining methoprene with permethrin makes Precor 2000 a complete pest control product.

Target Pests
